Vision Custom Automotive is owned and operated by Andrew Dodson, whose passion for cars began at a young age while working with his father on a classic 1977 F150. Fascinated by how things worked, he loved learning about repairs and upgrades. This enthusiasm carried into his teenage years as he excelled in vocational courses such as Automotive Technology and Repair, Machine Shop, and Welding, all while gaining hands-on experience at his father's detailing, window tinting, and bedliner shop.

Andrew's drive to explore the automotive world deepened when he attended Wyotech from 2007 to 2008, where he studied Automotive Technology, Street Rod Fabrication, and Motorsports Chassis Fabrication. This experience introduced him to the custom side of the industry. Following his education, Andrew spent over 12 years in the standard automotive sector, honing his skills in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, he briefly pursued a career in IT. However, the call of the automotive world and his desire to break into custom car building proved too strong to resist. Thus, Vision Custom Automotive was born.

Currently focused on Automotive detailing, paint correction services, ceramic coatings, and other customization options, Andrew aims to build Vision Custom Automotive into a full one-stop shop for all your automotive needs. Having worked on a variety of custom projects, from vintage Broncos and F150's to Mustangs, Camaros, Shelby Cobras, as well as current modern day cars. The passion does not stop.
